VIRTUAL MEETING TELECONFERENCE NUMBER FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – In conformity with the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (MARCH 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID-19, Neighborhood Council Valley Village will conduct its May monthly meeting entirely telephonically.
Those wishing to join the meeting and address the Neighborhood Council must dial 669-900-6833, and enter meeting ID 860 7991 4801 and press # to join the meeting. Instructions on for how to offer public comment will be given to listeners at the start of the meeting.
Public comment will be limited to one minute and one comment per item. Zoom requires that any person wishing to comment use *9 to alert the moderator that they wish to speak. Public comment may be sent to info@myvalleyvillage.com by 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 5, with “Public Comment” and agenda item in the subject line. Public comments on Agenda items will be heard only when the item is being considered. Public comments on other matters not appearing on the Agenda and within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during agenda item 12.
