During Good Food Day 2019 at City Hall CD 2 called out the work of Valley Village restaurant owners Chris Drapkin with her husband and daughter as Good Food Champions.
Dale Liebowitz-Neglia, a ten-year board member of NCVV, passed away in October after a long and heroic battle against cancer. Like many of the thousands who are part of Neighborhood Councils, Dale originally interacted with NCVV through a planning issue, organizing her neighbors to protest the scale of a planned project.

With a few hours to go before Shabbat, the Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services last week completed a much-needed paving project in the alleyway behind Shaarey Yerushalayim in Valley Village.
With its close proximity to Valley Village, this path is a great way for our residents to enjoy the great outdoors and get some exercise. The new walking and bike path features newly installed lighting, handrails and ramps for improved accessibility, and much more.
