Magnolia Blvd Repaving Set for April 14, 15
After years of requests from business, residents and the NCVV Board, Magnolia Boulevard from Laurel Canyon to Whitsett Avenue will finally be resurfaced. The entire stretch will be completed this weekend, April 14 and 15. This will limit vehicle access to the Valley Village Post Office, so if you’re planning to send in your tax return before Sunday be sure to plan accordingly.
LAUSD Announces Work on Valley Village Schools, Update on Charter School Co-Location
Mr. Schmerleson advised the Board and those in attendance that the effort to co-locate a Charter School on the NoHo campus has ended. The Board of LAUSD has identified and alternative site that will be a better fit. NCVV’s Board was active in supporting the requests of students and parents to remove NoHo High from consideration.

Join your NCVV Board and members of our Events and Outreach Committee as we sponsor the second annual Shredding Event at Valley Village Park in honor of Earth Day 2018.
Increased RV Parking Concerns
NCVV’s Board of Directors has expressed concern to the City about recent increased parking of occupied Recreational Vehicles on streets in Valley Village and neighboring communities. The Board will review the Vehicle Dwelling Ordinance at the April 25 meeting.
Soundwall Construction to Begin Spring 2018
After almost 20 years of passionate advocacy, hundreds of meetings, phone calls, letters and emails, NCVV’s Board of Directors is very happy to let our stakeholders know that construction on SR-170 Freeway soundwalls will begin in March!
NCVV Board Submits By-Law Amendments

High school students are invited to submit their entry to the office of Congressman Cardenas by April 13.
Magnolia Boulevard Will Finally be Re-Paved!
