After years of requests from business, residents and the NCVV Board, Magnolia Boulevard from Laurel Canyon to Whitsett Avenue will finally be resurfaced. The entire stretch will be completed this weekend, April 14 and 15. This will limit vehicle access to the Valley Village Post Office, so if you’re planning to send in your tax return before Sunday be sure to plan accordingly.
Mr. Schmerleson advised the Board and those in attendance that the effort to co-locate a Charter School on the NoHo campus has ended. The Board of LAUSD has identified and alternative site that will be a better fit. NCVV’s Board was active in supporting the requests of students and parents to remove NoHo High from consideration.

NCVV’s Board of Directors has expressed concern to the City about recent increased parking of occupied Recreational Vehicles on streets in Valley Village and neighboring communities. The Board will review the Vehicle Dwelling Ordinance at the April 25 meeting.
