On Wednesday April 5, a special public ceremony marked the ground breaking of NoHo West, the mixed use development that will bring much needed shopping, dining and residential opportunities to the former site of Macy’s, on Laurel Canyon Boulevard at Oxnard.
Once again North Hollywood High demonstrated academic excellence as the school’s Team Togo took top spot at the country’s premier cybersecurity championship.
The City of Los Angeles has long maintained a ban on inflatable “bounce” structures and the use of outdoor generators in Valley Village Park. At the February meeting of NCVV’s Board of Directors, the Board asked the Bureau of Parks to step up enforcement of the ban.
Officials from Los Angeles World Airport (LAX) joined the February meeting of NCVV’s Board with a presentation of plans to modernize the airport terminals, runways and all pedestrian and vehicular access points. The Board voted to support the project.
On Wednesday, February 15, the Bureau of Street Services was working hard in Valley Village to fill potholes, from a list compiled by NCVV's stakeholder suggestions.
