Board of Neighborhood Commissioners (BONC) Meeting Recap
The Board of Neighborhood Commissioners (BONC), the governing body for Neighborhood Councils, met at North Hollywood Park Recreation Center on Thursday, February 4th. Hosted by southern San Fernando Valley NC’s, the meeting focused on the upcoming elections, preparations for the FY 2017 budget and an update from Department General Manager Grayce Liu.

Valley Village Homeowners Association’s Public Forum on Planning
The Valley Village Homeowners Association hosted a public forum on Planning at their quarterly meeting January 20. Moderated by VVHA President Paul Hatfield, the meeting included a panel discussion and Q&A with representatives of VVHA’s Board, NCVV’s Planning and Land Use Committee and the Office of Paul Krekorian.
NCVV and VVHA Disaster Awareness Course – Jan. 30, 2016
NCVV and the Valley Village Homeowners Association are sponsoring a 3-hour Disaster Awareness Course to be held on January 30, 2016, 9:00 a.m. to noon, at the Colfax Charter Elementary School Auditorium.
Update – DWP Trunk Line Construction: Whitsett Construction – CTLS 4
The Trunk Line replacement project in Valley Village is moving along on schedule, with the current effort focused on replacing the pipeline under Whitsett south of Magnolia.

Project Architects and LAUSD staff will present and answer your questions about the design drawings for the campus upgrades. Design drawings will include general layout, overall appearance, floor plans, and architectural renderings.
LAPD Community Police Academy
