The City of Los Angeles’ new Youth Development Department [2] (YDD) is currently developing its first ever 3-year strategic plan. LA youth have a unique opportunity to shape the YDD’s priorities right now. At this Listening Session we plan to discuss the issues that young people care about and their ideas for how the YDD can support them.
