Rylan

In the event of a natural or man-made disaster, Angelenos need to be self-sufficient for up to two weeks. There are less than 13,000 sworn first responders to support over 4 million LA citizens after a large-scale event such as an earthquake. Neighbors need to be prepared to work together and take care of each other. NCVV’s Board of Directors, Councilman Paul Krekorian and Assembly member Adrin Nazarian are sponsoring a special ZOOM meeting – READY YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD – a disaster planning session just for our community!

Crisanta Gonzalez and Anthony A. Aguinaga from LA’s Emergency Management Department will present the city’s preparedness/resiliency program: Ready Your LA Neighborhood, or RYLAN. This free program will help you and your neighbors prepare for a disaster. Join us for this important meeting!
