Santa paid a visit to Valley Village on Saturday night as festivities got underway for the 12th Annual Light Up Valley Village merchants block party. All the merchants along the stretch of Magnolia between Wilkinson and Babcock opened their doors for food, drink and holiday cheer. Sponsored by Neighborhood Council Valley Village, this year’s community gathering brought together long-time merchants and quite a few new ones, who we hope, will join in this tradition in the coming years.
Mother Nature didn’t let it rain on our parade and the hot chocolate and coffee helped to take the nip off the air.
