City Hall bathed in purple and gold, colors honoring the women’s suffrage movement.
At our NCVV Board meeting on August 26, 2020. the following proclamation was unanimously adopted, honoring the 100th Anniversary of the passing of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote. NCVV’s recognition of this historic event was one of many celebrations occurring across the United States.
