LADOT has notified us of the continuation of relaxed enforcement for categories noted below to include street sweeping, overnight parking, abandoned vehicles, expired PPD permits, etc. Currently, the categories below are relaxed UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE per LADOT.
Currently, the Los Angeles Department of Transportation has instituted a relaxed enforcement standard for the following categories:
• Residential street sweeping
• Expired registration on a vehicle
• Overnight/Oversize parking districts
• Peak/rush hour and gridlock zone parking restrictions
• No ticket/tow for abandoned vehicles and oversized/overnight parking
• Vehicles displaying recently expired permits within preferential parking districts will have a two-week grace period following the expiration to renew
