This summer LADOT will begin the second phase of construction to replace the 102 year old water pipeline under Whitsett Avenue. This project will require changes in traffic patterns on Whitsett in Valley Village for 16 months, from July 2019 until December 2020. A Town Hall meeting was held May 9, 2019,Thursday night to go over the project plans with stakeholders in both Valley Village and North Hollywood.
